While it can depend on several factors, including condition and age of the property and additional tests, a general rule of thumb is 1 hour for every 1,000 square feet.

Do you offer a guarantee on your service?
If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the inspection, not only will we refund the inspection fee, we will also pay* another certified inspector, of your choice, to inspect the same home. *Up to the original inspection fee
How long do my results take?
Your inspection report will be sent to you the same day as your inspection or next day at the latest.
Sewer scope footage will be sent the day it was completed or the day after.
Mold and meth tests take around 4-5 business days to come back from the lab. Rush results are available for an additional fee.
Radon results will be available 48 hours after the test was set.
