JPRO Inspects has been inspecting homes in Utah since 2011. The founders of JPRO are passionate about family and quality service. That heritage continues to guide our work and inspires the care, integrity, and pride we bring to every home inspection.
Our mission is simple: to help people feel confident about their homes. We believe everyone deserves a safe, well-understood home, and we take that responsibility seriously. Every inspection is approached with care, honesty, and attention to detail, just as if we were inspecting a home for our own family.
All inspections are performed by insured and InterNACHI-certified inspectors who follow nationally accepted Standards of Practice. In addition to full home inspections, our team is trained in radon, mold, meth, and sewer scope testing, using modern tools and current technologies to deliver accurate, reliable results.
We encourage clients to walk through the home with us at the end of each inspection. This one-on-one time allows us to clearly explain findings, answer questions, and help clients understand the condition of the home. Inspection reports are delivered in a clear, photo-documented digital format, typically the same day and guaranteed by the next business day.

In addition to a thorough home inspection, JPRO offers a number of ancillary services and lab results to help you better understand your home.
As a seller, our home inspection will help you in preparing your home to be move-in ready. As a buyer, our home inspection can help you better understand the property and potential repairs. Certified Home Inspectors at JPRO Inspects, LLC, provide high quality home inspections and additional services to clients across Utah.
JPRO Package
The JPRO Package books your home inspection plus radon testing, meth testing, air quality testing, and a sewer scope. A 10% discount will be applied to your standard inspection fee.
Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring odorless gas that seeps up from the earth. Roughly 1/3 of the homes in Utah have high levels of Radon gas which require mitigation. Radon gas is #1 cause of Lung Cancer in non-smokers and #2 cause of Lung Cancer in smokers. Testing is $135 when included with a home inspection.
Meth Testing
Meth residue is odorless, colorless, and once introduced to a house last for over 100 years! The health hazards associated with exposure to a contaminated home are similar to using he drug itself. Contamination comes from many surprising sources including former owners, nightly rentals, tradespeople, and visitors. Our samples are analized by a local laboratory for the most accurate results. Testing is $165 when inclded with a home inspection,
Mold & Air Quality
Our detailed air quality testing will draw multiple samples from inside and outside your home. These samples will then be analyzed by a local laboratory for the presence of harmful mold types. Testing is $425 when included with a home inspection.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging helps us see hot/cold spots that could indicate a developing leak or unseen problem. This essential service is proudly included with all of our home inspections.
Sewer Scope Inspection
The section of sewer line from the home to the street is the owner’s responsibility. Repair and replacement can cost thousands of dollars. Our sewer line inspection will provide you with video footage of your sewer and analysis of any defects. On older homes we are able to spot failing clay pipes and root intrusions. On newly built homes we often find rocks and debris from the construction process or improperly installed/damaged lines. This service is $250 when included with a home inspection.
Ozone Air Purifier
Have the air in your new home purified before you move in: Smoke damage, pet odor, pesticides, cleaning fumes, cigarette smoke, mold, mildew, viruses, paint, cooking, water damage, decaying material, etc. Strong odors may take several treatments. Pricing will vary depending on sevarity but begins at $450 per treatment.
