Season’s Greetings from J-Pro Inspects, LLC!

With Gratitude in our hearts, we look forward to spending quality time with our families this Thanksgiving and throughout the holiday season. We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year and hope you are able to spend time with your precious family, too.

If anyone has any last-minute needs for quick due diligence or closing, we will be available for an inspection on the morning of New Year’s Day, January 1, 2023. We shall remain closed Sundays.

We have been very blessed because we work in an industry where we are able to serve and help our customers through the home inspection process, helping them “see” their future home in ways they are unable to when walking through a home the first time. We know expenses can be tight at this time of year, so we are offering $30 off every inspection from November 15, 2022, to December 31, 2022. We hope this will help a little through the holidays.

We would like you to know that we inspect every home as if we were purchasing it ourselves and provide you with a detailed inspection and report. A walk with the inspector at the end of the inspection can be enlightening. Learn more about your home and ask any questions you may have. Learn how to take care of the home through maintenance tips, and get educated on easy fix-its, so you are not constantly trying to get a contractor in to take care of the small things. Above all, we want to help you make the best decision for you and your family. We hope to help you feel more comfortable with your purchase. For us, it’s Families First!
