About J-Pro Inspects, LLC

We are a home inspection family business in Utah, specializing in offering a one-stop-shop to our industry. 2021 marks our 10th anniversary in Home Inspections.

For an additional fee you can add Radon gas testing, Meth testing (Methamphetamine), mold and air quality mold tests. We also offer ozone/UV air purifying, sewer scopes*, and termite inspections**, and pool inspections** to clients.

We serve clients across Utah and the surrounding areas, including the counties of Salt Lake, Sanpete, Summit, Utah, Wasatch, Davis, Weber, and Tooele.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, and on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

We now offer commercial inspections for smaller businesses. (No restaurants)

We use this vast knowledge to educate clients on how to fix little things and share maintenance tips. We also provide buyers with a home-owner’s manual to aid them in home maintenance when they move in. 

For sellers, we provide the same high level of service and this, consequently, gives them the confidence to firmly and fairly price their home according to its condition.

What also sets us apart is our customer care, as we treat clients like family. Therefore, we strive to inspect a home as if we were going to purchase it ourselves and provide comprehensive reports at a competitive price. 

We only schedule one or two inspections per day to give adequate time to each customer in order to have sufficient time for their detailed inspection, provide numerous digital pictures and to answer all of their questions at the final walk-through. It makes them feel at ease in owning a home and has made us successful. 

One of our most significant achievements has been consistently getting rated as a leading home inspection team in Utah. We regularly receive excellent reviews from customers and real estate agents talking about our attention to detail and the value that we bring to each inspection.
